Clark Arrested For Yale Murder Of Annie Le

 Raymond Clark III has been arrested and charged with the Yale murder of Annie Le. He has been assigned an attorney after DNA evidence was discovered linking him to the crime.

CBS 2 reports Clark did  before DNA evidence was discovered.

Leandra's Law Makes Aggravated DWI A Felony

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), lawmakers and New York authorities have succeeded in passing .  

Now, if you are caught driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years old in the car, you are guilty of an aggravated DWI: a state felony.

In addition, first time DWI offenders will have to buy interlock devices to prohibit drinking and driving in the future.

Harris Sentenced For Castration Crime: Manslaughter

Brigitte Harris, has been found guilty of manslaughter, and she has been sentenced to 5 to 15 years in jail. With the help of her , her crime was lessened from murder. It wasn't the way that her father died that swayed the jury (because it was a violent death involving his castration) it was the events that led up to his death: her torture.

Several of the jury members asked the judge to grant her time served because of her traumatizing past.

Bosox Mugging Arrest

A is sure to have their hands full with this case; if not for the alleged muggings perpetrated by the accused, then certainly for his choice of baseball teams.

Rasheem Williams, 37, has allegedly robbed a total of 14 people between January and August in the New York City subway. As Crime Stoppers explains, "In each incident the suspect approached the victims on subway trains and either displays a knife or simulates a firearm... then demands the victims property and bank card PIN numbers." He is notoriously known for wearing a Boston Red Sox cap during the muggings. As if the Yankees/ Red Sox rivalry needed any more bad blood...

Jury Sympathetic to Criminal in Castration Murder

 Arthur Aidala is relieved that his client, Brigitte Harris is receiving the support that she needs; especially, since it is from the jury members.

Having been sexually abused by her father since she was 3, the 28-year-old could not allow her father to inflict the same torture on her nieces, whom he was about to live with. The New York Daily News reports that she planned to castrate her father and burn his penis when she invited him over to her apartment. What she claimed was not planned, was his death by asphyxiating on his gag.
